David Kravets, author of the excellent blog Threat Level for Wired, reported on the AP v Bloggers conflict and quoted Kathleen's advice to bloggers.

During the Spring of 2007, Kathleen Williamson will be joining KEYTLaw, L.L.C in an "of counsel" relationship. She will be handling their cyberlaw, copyrights, and trademarks matters, including ICANN domain name disputes and RIAA defenses.

Kathleen has contributed a chapter in the upcoming 4th Edition of the Musician's Business and Legal Guide (Beverly Hills Bar Association & Jerome Headlands Press 2007). Her chapter is about protecting your copyrights when contracting your services.
